She was predeceased by: her father John Hajek; her husband Carl Nurkala; and her son Dennis Hajek. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Hajek; her daughter Carlajo Nurkala; her siblings, Jude Hajek (Mark James), Dennis Hajek (Linda) and Ken Hajek (Janice); and her siblings-in-law, John Nurkala and Susan Brock (Patrick). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Connie's memory are appreciated to the Washington County Humane Society.
