She is survived by: her husband Ronald Dean Smith; her daughter Ruth Ann Amoth (Terry); her grandson Nolan (Morgan); her son Michael David Smith; her grandchildren, Brittany, Mallory, Mickael and Jazmine (Josh); Helen. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren; extended family, and many friends.
