He was predeceased by: his parents, Miriam Baizley and Wesley Baizley. He is survived by: his wife Shawn Baizley; his children, Christine, Anna, Phillip and Jacob; his grandchildren, Dallas Adams, Lucien Baizley, Kaelyn Baizley and Lexi Baizley; and his siblings, Garry and Esther Lynn.
