He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Dennis Groshek, Eugene, Bonnie Rombalski, Earl, Jacqueline Clements and Davis Madere.
He is survived by: his parents, Dwight Groshek and Amanda Groshek; his grandparents, Earl, Francie Clements of Rowlett, Texas, Dennis and Renee Groshek of Amherst Junction, WI; his great-grandparents, Virginia Groshek and Brenda Madere; his aunts and uncles, Nick (Chelsey Clements), Ryan (Emily Clements), Cyle, Gina Cramer (Groshek), Kyle (Makayla Groshek) and Isaac Groshek; and his cousins, Madeline Clements, Corbyn, Cloetta Cramer and Rylan Groshek.
