He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Kohl and Albert Kohl Jr.; his father-in-law Harold Held; and his brothers-in-law, Ronald Meyer and Roy Pickhard.
He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Krista Voelzke (Brian), Monica Kohl and Ashley Carranza (Tony); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Madalyne, Lilly, Logan and Katelynn; his mother-in-law Judy Held; and his sister Barbara Meyer. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
