He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert McCuskey and Margaret McCuskey (Eshman); and his nephews, Kevin Swanburg and Steven Spearman. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Lucas; his sons, Ryan and Sean McCuskey; his granddaughter Addison; and his sisters, Shirley Swanburg (Ron) of Beaver Dam and Carol Spearman (Stan).
