It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Egbert G. Heerema (Solon Springs, Wisconsin), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on August 27, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Heerema and Winnie Heerema (Cooper); his former wife Carol Aardsma; his wife Evelyn Hanson; and his son-in-law Bob Perkins.
He is survived by: his children, Duane Heerema (Carol) of Rochester, MN, Carol Heerema of Round Lake, IL, Joyce Perkins of Antioch, IL and John Heerema of Apache Junction, AZ. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
