With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lyn R. Breitung of Solon Springs, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 28, 2026 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Lyn may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois Thies (Braunshweig) and Dewayne Thies; and her brothers, Craig and Mark Thies. She is survived by: her husband Jim Breitung; her son Eric Schulstad; her brother Paul Thies; and her siblings-in-law, Jack Breitung (Jean), Jeanna Gagne and Sue Cragin (Tim). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
