He is survived by: his wife Chris; his children, Lucas Smith of Solon Springs, Jenna Smith of Solon Springs and Melanie Smith (Adam Briester) of Solon Springs; his grandchildren, Caden, Jonah, Owen "Bird", Sophia, Theddeus and Theodore; and his sister Diane Blaylock of Solon Springs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
