He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Annis and Phyllis Annis (Clark). He is survived by: his children, Eli Annis (Nell-Rae Forrest) of Solon Springs, Megan Bernett (Jimmy) of Cashton, Dylan Annis (Miranda) of Osceola and Sadie Peterson of Cashton; his grandchildren, Riley, Rory, Finn, Tygh and Ellen; and his siblings, Larry Annis, Roxann Sawyer (Arthur), Susan Bond and Charli Annis.
In lieu of flowers, gifts, or monetary donations, the family would appreciate if donors would plant a tree, or purchase a tree to be planted through a tree planting/ reforestation affiliation.
