He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Cunningham Sr. and Madeline L. Cunningham; and his sisters, Elizabeth T. Kollen and Patricia S. Cunningham. He is survived by: his daughters, Angelique Cunningham of Charleston, SC and Leah McKinney of Tacoma, WA; his grandsons, Luke and Fox; and his siblings, Mary E. Cunningham, Catherine Barmore (Bill) and Michael Cunningham (Liana). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
