We announce the death of Charles Henry Otto Jr. of Somers, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 16, 2026, at the age of 93. Charles will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Henry and Rose Otto (Janicki). He is survived by: his wife Jean Otto of Somers, WI; his children, Timothy Otto (Patti) of Albany, WI and Beth Penzenstadler (Barry) of Oshkosh, WI; and his close friends, Jon and Penny Lyter Anntoneau. He is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wesley United Methodist Church, Kenosha, WI, orto a local veteran's organization.
