He was predeceased by: his father Francis Lewkowski. He is survived by: his mother Arlene Lewkowski (Terpstra); his sister Sandra Jerofke (Kurt); his niece Teresa Jerofke-Owen (Steve); his great-niece Frances Owen; and his great-nephew Mathew Owens (Kieran).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Molthen-Bell Funeral Home (700 Milwaukee Ave, South Milwaukee, WI 53172). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at the Holy Sepulcher Cemetery (3800 E College Ave, Cudahy, WI 53110).
