He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Hoffmann and Frank Hoffmann Sr. of Milwaukee, WI.; his significant other Gloria; his sister Patricia (Wayne Hoffrichter); and his close friend Deena Lange.
He is survived by: his children, Karla, Todd (Sandy), Pam and Kyle (Janet); his grandchildren, Brett Morgan (Stephanie), Alex Hoffmann (Meghan), Patrick Maroney, Ryan Hoffmann (Maddy), Ellie Hoffmann and Abbey Hoffmann; and his great grandchild Kaliope Morgan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Zion Church, the Wisconsin Humane Society, &/or Tunnels to Towers/Veteran's organizations, and are greatly appreciated.
