He was predeceased by: his father Anthony. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his son Joshua; his mother Ruth; and his sisters, Diane Koepsel, Michelle Beegle-Knurowski (Burt) and Kim Hauke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
