He is survived by: his wife Diane; his grandchildren, Dalton, Alec, Chase, Savanah and Landon; and his sister Karen Pliszka (Fred).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Wisconsin Alzheimer’s association chapter.
