He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sisters, Mary Ann Hazelwood (Carl) and Cara Gerspach (David); and his nieces and nephews, Susan Brick, Holly Shallow (Dean), Lynn Behling, Ryan Hazelwood, Eric Gerspach and Jeffrey Gerspach. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
