She is survived by : her husband Harvey; her children, Steven Kulakowski (Stefanie), David Kulakowski (Sandy), Amy Gutzlaff (Paul) and Carolyn Hastings (Mike); her grandchildren, Stacia, Leah, Julia, Jake, Haley, Devin, Dylan, Trevor, Blake and Mia; and her great grandchildren, Vera and Lennon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
