She is survived by: her father Herman Feyereisen; her husband Chuck Witkowski; her children, Adam, Carolyn Paiz (late Justin), Peter and Kevin Witkowski (Whitney); and her siblings, Dianne Angst (Michael), Donald Feyereisen, Kathleen Dieringer (Charles), Nancy Zimmer (Gary), Teresa Grosshiem (David), Mary Feyereisen (Bryan), Cynthia Oskey (Thomas) and Debra Poull (Robert). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many dear friends.
