He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Brzezinski; his daughter Jaclyn Luckow (Brent); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Emma, Avery and Megan Lesniewski; his siblings, Deborah, Randall (Pam), Susan, Thomas (Linda), Jeffrey (Jamie) and Carrie (R. J.); and his pet Autumn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and many friends.
