He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Czernejewski and Rita Czernejewski. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline; his children, Chad and Stacy (David); his granddaughter Lucille; his siblings, Larry (Debbie), Jan (Dennis Chojnacki), Mary (Jerry Bochat) and Jay; his siblings-in-law, Linda Mostowik (Jeff) and Tim Schroettner (Jan); his friend Stan; and his pet Stan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
