We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2024, at the age of 81, Sandy Hofmann (South Milwaukee, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry C. Read and E. Virginia Read; and her brother Harry Cyril Read. She is survived by : her husband Dale Hofmann; her children, Tara Serebin (Dan), Dana Hofmann (Jonathan Kern), Kyle Hofmann (Perry Moriearty) and Maren Hofmann-Larsen (John Larsen); her grandchildren, Zachary, Molly Serebin, Mia, Rowan Hofmann, Finn, Cormac, Eisa Hofmann-Geye, Desmond, Declan and Pearce Hofmann-Larsen; and her siblings, Karen Jensen (Robert Christopherson), Linda Read, Mike Read (Sharon Crandell) and Pat Read. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
