She is survived by: her significant other Mike Sternal; her children, Carolyn Jones (Travis), Stephanie Belwood (Jess), Catherine Amys (Alex) and Steven Kucharyski, Jr.; her grandchildren, Madeline, Miriam Jones, Amber, Maddox, Jaxton, Hendryx, Zayda, Knox Belwood, Eiler and Hannah Amys; and her siblings, James Mataczynski, Toni Jo Mataczynski and Robert Mataczynski, Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
