He is survived by: his wife Judy Russell; his children, William "Harold" Russell, Karen Washington, Marcel Russell, Jason Russell and Joel Russell; his brother-in-law David; and his grandchildren, Vivian, Danica, Connor, Isaiah, Samuel and Claire.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Bill's name.
