She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude Jandt (Schams) and George Jandt; her sister Ardell Schroeder; her husbands, Chuck Barnes and Jerry Walter; her grandson Peter Walter; her sons-in-law, Jim Collard and Christopher Flores; and her stepgrandson Bryce Collard.
She is survived by: her children, George Barnes (Sandra), Dana Peterson (Gary), LeAnn Flores, Amy Leonhardt (Jon) and Julie Ender (Jerry); her stepchildren, Ron Walter, Roger Walter (Kathleen), Steve Walter (Wendy), Mike Walter (Barb), David Walter (Patty Jo) and Patricia Filloon (Ken); her grandchildren, Todd, Tim Barnes, Erika Evanko, David Peterson, Kendra Alex, Brianna Ritter, Jenavieve Hemmersbach, Erica Kelly, Bryce, Dylan Walter, Jason Walter, Katie Walter, Patrick Walter, Tanya Ghali, Emilie and Ryan Filloon; and her stepgrandsons, Brandon Collard, Calvin, Joe and Jon Leonhardt. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and many special nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (612 N Water St, Sparta, WI 54656). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
