He was predeceased by: his parents, John Nevin and Irma Nevin (Laufenberg); his wife Linda Von Ruden; his parents-in-law, Raymond and Lila Von Ruden; and his brothers, Leo Nevin, Jerry Von Ruden and Jack (Sandy Von Ruden).
He is survived by: his children, Mark Nevin (Cheryl), Eric Nevin and Lori Meyer (Dan); his grandchildren, Erica, Nikki, Erin, Josh, Miranda, John, Collin, Bryant and Karlie; his brother Gene "Doc" Nevin; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Nevin, Gene (Jackie), Dan (Connie), Tom (Sally), Al VonRuden (Roxie) and Judy Mashak. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Claude's honor may be directed to St. Patrick's Catholic Church, where they will be deeply appreciated and serve as a lasting tribute to his faith and memory.
