She is survived by: her husband Paul Siekert of Sparta; her sons, Tim Siekert of Norwalk and Travis Siekert (Maris) of Galesville; her grandchildren, Tanner, Morgan, Cody, Christian and Elyse; and her sisters, Mary Kast of Sparta and Theresa Schmitz (Jerome) of Cashton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and the family requests casual dress.
