He is survived by: his wife Karen Badura; his children, Kathy James, Robert James (Sue), Kendall, Jeri James of Minneapolis, MN, Mike James (Steph) and Julie Geier (Paul); his grandchildren, Sarah Connelly (Josh), Brian James (Erin), Dayne Geier (Kristen), Garrett Geier, Maddie James (Jeremy Outinen), Luke James of Austin, TX, Liz James and Madison; his great grandchildren, Madden of Sparta, Brock of Sparta, Landon of Sparta, Tenley Connelly of Sparta, Dane, Mallorie, Weston, Leighton James, Theo and Willow Geier; his sibling's children, David (Laura), Steve James (Susan) of Savage, MN, Loren, Janelle, Karlynn, Mark, John, James, Sherri, Gary and Paul; his sisters-in-law, Lavonna Gardner of Houston, TX and Bev James of Oconomowoc, WI.; and his close friends, Roger and Jeanne Ciolkosz.
