She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Romanski and Jeanette Romanski (Loonstra); her husband Jack Cook; her sisters, Jane Huser (Charles), Betty Peplinski (Robert), Mary Prunty (Sylvester) and Susan Flynn (Norman); and her brother-in-law Robert Hamm.
She is survived by: her children, Corey (Sarah), Kit (Sara), Chad (Jen) and Cody (Tracie); her grandchildren, Ryan, Carson, Erin, Ethan (Kelsi), Aiden, Quinn, Ellery, Bennett and Reece; and her sister Marjorie Hamm. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (118 S K St, Sparta, WI 54656). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (118 S K St, Sparta, WI 54656).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be offered to ASAP Cat Shelter (Sparta), Sandi Paws Rescue (Fond du Lac), St. Patrick's School (Sparta), or SACS (Sparta Area Cancer Support).
