He is survived by : his wife Gertie (Rueth); his daughters, Pamela of Madison, Paula (Arturo Cordova) of Madison and Carol (Anthony Camin) of Los Angeles; his siblings, Paul Kolb (Ellen), Cathie Thieme and Peter Kolb; and his sister-in-law Shirley Kolb. He is also survived by relatives, neighbors, and friends.
