He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence A Tobin and Armella C Tobin (Rapp); his parents-in-law, Milton and Dorothy Schulz; his brothers, Ronald and Dan Tobin; his sister-in-law Shirley Tobin; and his pets, Pepper, Frosti and Kodi.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce M. Schulz; his son Ryan P. Tobin (Lori Hardy); his granddaughter Lynnsey Tobin of Spencer; and his brothers, William, Thomas Tobin (Diane) of Marshfield and Jerome Schulz (Carol) of Weston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and friends.
