He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Paun Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Perkovich; and his siblings, Joe Paun (Helen), Frank Paun (Virginia), John Paun, Helen Nelson (Dick), Martha Seymour (Bob), Maryjane Cassell (Vern), Roland Schafer (Marlene), Kenneth Schafer (Kay), Carol Zolar and Kay Schafer.
He is survived by: his wife Janette Rose Schafer; his children, Thomas (Linda), Scot (Krisan) and Mark (Wendy); his grandchildren, Thomas Paun, Mason Paun, Karen Paun, Danielle Turner (Aaron), Aaron Paun (Amanda), Katlin Linden (Connor), Brittany Thometz, Jenaya Paun (Dylan) and Dylan Paun; his great grandchildren, Kashten, Reilyn Paun, Miles, Evelyn Turner, Henry and Charlotte Linden; his siblings-in-law, Ellen Paun (Schafer), Judy Sazama (Reed), Deb Purvis (Jeff) and Roger Schafer; and his cousin Sharon Steinwagner (Larry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
