We bid farewell to Kathryn Alice (Kathie) Schneider (Spooner, Wisconsin), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 27, 2025 at the age of 76. Kathryn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elaine Evanson and Dr. Jerome Evanson; her stepfather Melvin Holt (Pete); and her sisters, Ingrid Evanson and Lisa Holt Thompson.
She is survived by: her husband Lou Schneider; her sons, Eric (Erin) and Jeremy Meyer; her stepchildren, Curt (Jennifer), Christine and Steven Schneider (Amy); her grandchildren, Thomas, William and Sierra Meyer; her stepgrandchildren, Faith and Foster Schneider; and her siblings, Richard Evanson (Mary), Peter (Karen) and Nancy Holt.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Spooner Funeral Home (306 Rusk St, Spooner, WI 54801). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
