He is survived by: his daughter Christine; his sisters, Jacci Kolstad and Shelly Rae Rossano; his sister-in-law Raeann Manny Ottinger; and his nieces and nephews, Melissa Hobson, James Kolstad (Alyssa), Nathan Bergh (Paige), Joshua Bergh, Brent Bergh (Katie) and Stephanie Graner (Pete). He is also survived by his daughter and his grandchildren.
