She was predeceased by : her parents, Eugene McMahon and Esther McMahon (Gerstenkorn); her brother Robert; her husband Edward J. Michels of John's Catholic Church; her sister Ruth; and her granddaughters, Kristin and Kimberly.
She is survived by : her children, Thomas (Jeanne), Patricia, Julie Meixelsperger (Jim), Timothy (Terri) and Robert. She is also survived by nieces, nephews', other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jean's name may be made to Brighton Hospice of Madison, or a charity of your choice.
