He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Stephens and Monie Stephens. He is survived by : his wife Julie; his children, Shannan (Nikki), Eric, Christopher (Jamie), Tiffany (Steve) and Kelly (Brad); his grandchildren, Alicyn, Madison, Will, Bodhi, Summer, Arya, Seneca, Derek, Daniela and Savannah; and his siblings, Dick (Deb), Tom (Julie), Jim (Deb), Den, Tim and Julie (Bobby). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
