He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Crook and Joan Crook (Wetter); his parents-in-law, Eileen and Melvin Eberle; and his brother-in-law Ronald Eberle.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Eberle; his children, Daniel Crook (Brittany), Monica Rickert (Isaiah), Jessica Lenz (Jesse) and Brittany Killoy (Jon); his grandchildren, Grant, Adalyn, Olivia, Maisie and Crew; and his siblings, Mary Clary (Alois), Dale Crook (Pat), Dawn Reeve (Bruce) and Chris Sorg (Jeff). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Richardson-Stafford Funeral Home (780 N Winsted St, Spring Green, WI 53588). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Luke's Catholic Church (1240 Nachreiner Ave, Plain, WI 53577).
