She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Schmitt and Viola Schmitt (Schladweiler); her husband Bernard Hampton of Spring Valley; her daughter Donna; her siblings, Beverly Schmitt and Peter Schmitt; her close friend Gordy Johnson; and her in-laws, Mary Hampton and Fran Hampton.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Hampton (Karen), Jim Hampton (Sue Knegendorf), Dawn Harvey (Lance), Deanne Claypool (Jim), Doreen'Missy' Larson (Don) and Deb Hampton (Jim Huron); her close friend Joe Johnson; her siblings, Jerry Schmitt (Lou), Wayne Schmitt (Donna Marty), Leon'Mike' Schmitt (Ralph Leggett) and Jo Ann Larson (Bob); her grandchildren, Izzy, Jessica, Jesse, Mindy, Jordan, Craigen, Tina, Tony, Bobby, John, Jimmy, Danielle, Tyler, Aaron, Nick, Jason, Abby, Kassie and Kory (Karlie); and her stepgrandchild Jesse.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Keehr Funeral Home (S604 Plant St, Spring Valley, WI 54767). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (N104 Sabin St Spring, Valley, Wi 54767).
