He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Otto and Dolores Otto; and his brothers, Alan and Jim Otto. He is survived by: his son Timothy Otto (Andrea); his granddaughters, Hannah and Lexi Otto; and his sisters, Judy McKee and Jean Otto. He is also survived by nephews and cousins.
