She is survived by: her friend Peter Kobishop; her cousin Ron; her daughters, Brownie, Nancy Kaczmarek (Tim), Mary Guzman and Lisa Dahlseng (Jeff); her grandchildren, Mike Kaczmarek (Amanda), Andy Kaczmarek (Samantha), Zach Dahlseng (Lauren Kumpf), Abbey Dahlseng and Megan Dahlseng (Sam Franz); and her great grandchildren, Trenton, Grace, Jonah, Harper and Rowan Kaczmarek.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Agnes' name will be directed to St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
