She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Palmbach and Phyllis Palmbach (Lueck); and her stepdaughter Terri Lynn Philhower (Smeltzer). She is survived by: her husband Hugh David Smeltzer; her children, Nick Smeltzer and Wendy Thompson (Andy); and her stepson Robert Smeltzer. She is also survived by two grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren.
