She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Firkus and Margaret Wachowiak; and her brother Derek Firkus. She is survived by: her husband David Ciesielski; her children, Monica Dampier (Shane), Scott Ciesielski (Dawn) and Holly Griesbach (Nick); her granddaughters, Chelsea Stenzel, Taylor Ciesielski, Emily Dampier, Tori Ciesielski and Grace Mrozinski; and her great grandchild Allister Stenzel-Pingel.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial in Connie's name will be established at a later date.
