He was predeceased by: his parents, Kingsley Fletcher and Madeline Fletcher; and his brother Tommy. He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Betro (Jim), Jerry (Diane), Bruce (Kathy) and Mike (Lori); and his cousin Debbe Engle. He is also survived by nieces; nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial in David's honor will be established at a later date.
