He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Raymond Owens and Elizabeth "Betty" White Donnen Owens; his brother John; and his siblings-in-law, Debra Owens and Paul Skroch.
He is survived by: his daughter Kate Pexa (Owens); his wife Mary Lynn Owens (Skroch); his children, Sally Owens (Mark Unertl) and Edward Owens (Jessica Owens); his granddaughters, Ada (Sell), Lavongsa (Ty Lavongsa) and Zoe Sell; his stepgranddaughter Adelaide Unertl; his brother Arthur Owens; his sister-in-law Olga Lambri; his sibling's children, Christine Owens and Paul Owens; his sisters-in-law, Cheryl Mckenzie (Jack Mckenzie), Faye Skroch (Ken Kurek) and Tricia Hill (Patrick Hill); and his sibling's children, Melissa Pressentin and Adam Hayes.
In David's memory, in lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to the Engine 2713 Fund through the Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin.
