He is survived by: his wife Janice Zywicki; his children, Julie Rekowski (Lee), Linda Schuh (Tim), Shari Hauck, Rick Trebs (Luz) and David Trzebiatowski (Suzanne); his grandchildren, Joshua (Emily), Sierra, Erika Schuh, Nicole, Ari Hauck, Victoria, Violeta, Valentina Trebs, Corey, Alex Trzebiatowski, Reese and Grey Trzebiatowski; his stepsons, Norman Zywicki (Jenny) and Nicholas Zywicki (Janet Raflik); his stepgrandchildren, Austin and Jorja Zywicki; his siblings, Louise Parks, Allan Trzebiatowski and Carl Trzebiatowski; his brothers-in-law, Larry Damask (Sue) and Greg Bestul; his siblings, Betty Bembenek (Marv), Ken Cebula, Kathy Groshek (Lee Larson), Ralph Damask (Helen) and James Damask (Robyn); Jenny Trzebiatowski. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
