It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delores Matke of Stevens Point, Wisconsin, born in Plover, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 12, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Shopinski and Frances Shopinski (Singer); her husband George Peter Matke; her son Alan Matke; and her siblings, George, Leo, David Shopinski, Evelyn Fabisiak, Jeannette Smrz and Betty Scheppa.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Matke of Stevens Point, Kathy Borchardt (Mike) of Stevens Point and Patty Austreng (Jim) of Plover. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
