He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wiernik and Sophie Wiernik (Adamski); his wife Leona Wanta; his son Clifford; his siblings, Rose Marie Eron (Clarence), David Wiernik (Lorraine), Richard Wiernik and Chester Wiernik; and his brother-in-law Barney Kerchefski.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Diehn (Brian) of Junction City, Kenneth Wiernik (Amy) of Plover and Todd Wiernik (Anthony Leva) of Denver, CO; his daughter-in-law Ann Wiernik of Tampa, FL; his close friend Tiger; his grandchildren, Matt (Carrie), Jessica (Bernie), Brandon (Hannah), Megan (Branko) and Brenton (Karl); his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Hayden, Gabriel and Nolan; his siblings, Lorraine Kerchefski and James Wiernik (Geraldine); and his sister-in-law Caroline Wiernik.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial in Donald's name will be established at a later date.
