She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Berkholtz and Alma Berkholtz (Mietner); her husband Joseph Omernik Jr.; her son-in-law Fred Garski; her siblings, Lawrence, Donald and Elaine; and her extended family, Christie Steltenpohl and Viola Berkholtz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joan Garski and Judy Burrows (Tim); her grandchildren, Jason Omernik and Jordan Garski; her great grandchild Haley Omernik; her great great grandchildren, Jaxynn, Parker and Mia; and her stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Burrows (Jim Pahl), Anton Burrows (Casie Jo Wollner) and Cassandra Voight (Eric). She is also survived by 5 step great-grandchildren; and one step great-great-granddaughter.
