She is survived by: her husband Gary Czaplewski; her daughters, Melissa Vollrath (Erik Cook) of Montreal, QC and Amy Leu of Sun Prairie, WI.; her granddaughters, Eloise, Margaux Cook, Maya and Emma Leu; her siblings, Susan Wagner of Sheboygan, Richard Wagner (Lenore) of Jacksonville, FL and Ann Riddle of Manitowoc, WI; her sisters-in-law, Mary Pagel of Almond, WI, Maggie Kumbier and Penny Bader; Shari Wagner of Milton, WI. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
