Germaine M. Okray Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Germaine M. Okray of Stevens Point, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 26, 2025 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Germaine M. Okray to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Koss and Margaret Koss (Mrozinski); her husband Al Okray; and her brother Jerome Koss. She is survived by: her children, Tracy Thrun (Chuck), Jim Okray (Heidi) and Vicki Peskie (Alan); her grandchildren, Alex Okray (Anna), Kaitlyn Grupp (Alex), Annalisa Okray, Charlie Okray and Sam Peskie; and her great grandchild Hazel Okray.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Shuda Funeral Chapel (3200 Stanley St, Stevens Point, WI 54481). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Peter's Catholic Church (800 4th Ave, Stevens Point, WI 54481).
For those wishing to express their sympathies, the family kindly requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Boys and Girls Club of Portage County, where a memorial will be established in her name.
